Job Description:
Looking for a motivated Construction Laborer who wants to grow into a long-term role within the company. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, wants to learn the trade, and is looking for real advancement opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Jobsite setup, cleanup, and organization
- Assisting with drainage, excavation, and foundation work
- Installing silt fence and performing sitework tasks
- Hand digging and supporting equipment operations
- Working alongside experienced crews to learn the trade
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work physically every day
- Reliable, punctual, and takes ownership of their work
- Positive attitude and ability to take direction
- Interest in learning construction skills and advancing

Compensation:
- Starting pay based on skill and experience: $20 – $30 per hour
