We’re growing- and so is our team! We are looking for a full-time HR Recruiter/Generalist who’s ready to make a real impact. This position is located in our business office in Edina and is fully on-site, with the expectation of traveling to all clinic locations to support recruiting and HR Initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives on variety, and wants to help shape a workplace that feels like family.

Human Resources Recruiter/Generalist Essential Functions:

  • Recruiting: work with dept. leaders on job requisitions for all non-physician positions, post ads, conduct phone screens, participate in or conduct interviews and advise on candidate selection, inform unsuccessful applicants
  • Onboarding: prepare new hire paperwork, input candidates into background check system and training modules, inputs into MN new hire reporting and enrolls in benefits offerings
  • Terminations: process benefits and other term paperwork and update internal HRIS (Paylocity)
  • Annual benefits renewal and open enrollment: involved in process and notifying staff, processing annual changes
  • Supports employee relations matters and performance management processes by advising leaders on workplace concerns, coaching conversations, and corrective action documentation.
  • Backup for payroll processing
  • Employee files and recordkeeping: ensures compliance with paper and electronic databases: I9 files, vaccine records, etc.
  • Helps to ensure compliance with labor law posters, annual EEO1 survey, labor law postings, OSHA logs
  • 401k & Profit Sharing Plan: assists with distribution of quarterly and annual certificates, new enrollment packets
  • Helps manage PFML/FMLA/LOA process and paperwork
  • Assists with HR documentation related to org charts, turnover statistics, and other special projects
  • Helps coordinate staff events and orders staff gifts related to anniversaries, weddings, births, etc.

Human Resources Recruiter/Generalist Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in Human Resources or a minimum of two years of experience in a human resources role, required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Skills in team building, interviewing, and employee relations & mediations
  • Highly proficient computer skills including experience with HRIS

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
