We’re growing- and so is our team! We are looking for an HR Recruiter/Generalist who’s ready to make a real impact. This position is located in our business office in Edina and is fully on-site. Human Resources Recruiter/Generalist Essential Functions:
- Recruiting: work with dept. leaders on job requisitions for all non-physician positions, post ads, conduct phone screens, participate in or conduct interviews and advise on candidate selection, inform unsuccessful applicants
- Onboarding: prepare new hire paperwork, input candidates into background check system and training modules, inputs into MN new hire reporting and enrolls in benefits offerings
- Terminations: process benefits and other term paperwork and update internal HRIS (Paylocity)
- Annual benefits renewal and open enrollment: involved in process and notifying staff, processing annual changes
- Backup for payroll processing
- Employee files and recordkeeping: ensures compliance with paper and electronic databases: I9 files, vaccine records, etc.
- Helps to ensure compliance with labor law posters, annual EEO1 survey, labor law postings, OSHA logs
- 401k & Profit Sharing Plan: assists with distribution of quarterly and annual certificates, new enrollment packets
- Helps manage FMLA/LOA process and paperwork
- Assists with HR documentation related to org charts, turnover statistics, and other special projects
- Helps coordinate staff events and orders staff gifts related to anniversaries, weddings, births, etc.
Human Resources Recruiter/Generalist Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or a minimum of two years of experience in a human resources role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Healthcare experience is valued
- Skills in team building, interviewing, and employee relations & mediations
- Highly proficient computer skills including experience with HRIS
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
