BIM Modeler
Job Summary
We are seeking a BIM Modeler to support multidisciplinary BIM coordination and modeling activities for industrial, manufacturing, and mission critical construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BIM models for construction projects
- Coordinate with electrical, structural, and mechanical teams
- Support clash detection and constructability reviews
- Maintain accurate project models and drawing revisions
- Coordinate with field teams to support project execution
- Assist with as-built modeling and documentation
Qualifications
- Experience with Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, or equivalent BIM software required
- Experience supporting industrial or commercial construction projects preferred
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or structural systems preferred
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to travel or support remote projects as needed
