SouthBridge EMS provides emergency services to three communities in Allegheny and Washington Counties. SouthBridge EMS is currently seeking qualified applicants for the following position:
Advanced Emergency Medical Technichian – Full Time
A variety of shifts may be available, including 12 and 24 hour shift options.
About the Role
Are you ready to make a real difference in emergency care? We are seeking skilled, team oriented, Advanced Emergency Medical Technicians to join our dedicated 911 response team. Unlike many systems, we focus solely on emergency response (no routine transports) so your expertise is applied where it matters most.

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate patient care in critical situations.
- Rapidly assess patient conditions and provide appropriate, high-quality care.
- Use advanced medical tools and equipment to stabilize patients.
- Monitor and manage patients during transport to definitive care facilities.
- Collaborate effectively with police, fire, hospitals, and other partners.
- Document all care with clear, thorough, and timely reporting.
- Follow established protocols, procedures, and legal/safety standards.
- Stay sharp with continuous training and skill development.
Qualifications
- Current certification as an A-EMT(required).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Emergency response experience preferred.
- Knowledge of medical procedures, medications, and terminology.
- Calm, decisive, and adaptable under pressure.
- Effective communicator and team player.
- Proficiency with medical equipment and devices.

Pay: $54,080.00 - $61,516.00 per year
