- Assist lead instructors in planning and delivering educational activities.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students in various subjects, including but not limited to math, reading, arts, and STEM.
- Supervise students during classroom activities, outdoor play, and other events.
- Support classroom management and ensure a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment.
- Help prepare and organize materials and resources for daily lessons and activities.
- Monitor student progress and assist with assessments or evaluations as directed by the instructor.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes curiosity and collaboration.
- Assist with any additional tasks or special projects as needed by the program.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; pursuing or completed a degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience working with children in an educational or recreational setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with children, colleagues, and parents.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for fostering stud

- Ability to actively participate in physical activities (e.g., sports, outdoor play).
- Able to lift and carry materials, equipment, and supplies (up to 20 pounds).
