We’re seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead financial operations at our state of the art behavioral health facility. If you're passionate about healthcare and thrive in a dynamic environment, we’d love to connect.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with the CEO on financial strategy and policy development
- Oversee accounting operations and ensure compliance with internal guidelines
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights
- Manage facility information systems and adapt to evolving needs
- Lead monthly reconciliations, general ledger production, and financial reporting
- Collaborate on product line analysis and strategic planning
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- CPA preferred
- 3 years as a Controller in a healthcare setting
- Strong Excel skills and experience with healthcare HMS systems
