Responsibilities and Duties
- Speak colorfully about the menu to advise guests on best meal for them. Take orders at the register, handling cash and card payments.
- Expeditors packing up to go orders, ensure all food is accurate, and bring out meals to dine-in guests.
- Monitor and observe guests dining experience to ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service, and respond promptly and courteously to correct any problems.
- Clean both dining room and other areas of restaurant that may need support
- Inform guests of menu changes and daily specials, and make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.
- The ability to work in a fast paced, high energy and demanding environment while maintaining the highest standard of professionalism
