Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Private Nanny to provide exceptional childcare and caregiving support for a family. Duties
- Provide attentive childcare for children across different age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs and preferences
- Engage children in age-appropriate educational activities, playtime, and developmental exercises
- Ensure safety by supervising children at all times and implementing proper safety protocols
- Perform light housekeeping tasks related to child care, such as cleaning up after meals, tidying play areas, and laundry for children’s clothing
- Administer basic first aid when necessary and handle minor health concerns promptly
- Support children with daily routines like bathing, dressing, nap times, and diapering as needed
- Assist with potty training and behavioral guidance in a positive manner
- Collaborate with parents to communicate daily updates on children’s activities, milestones, and any concerns
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with children in roles such as nannying, babysitting, daycare assistant or preschool teaching
- Knowledge of infant care practices including feeding, diapering, sleep routines, and developmental milestones
- Certification in first aid and CPR is highly preferred
- Ability to work with children with special needs or disabilities is a plus
- Skilled in meal preparation suitable for young children with attention to nutritional value
- Experience caring for toddlers and preschool-aged children is essential
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents and caregivers
