What You’ll Do:
Client & Prospect Engagement
- Build relationships with prospects and clients through regular phone interactions and consistent follow-up after events and seminars.
- Attend seminars and client events, check in attendees, and ensure seamless event experiences.
- Serve as a reliable, positive point of contact for those entering our marketing funnels.
Marketing & Administrative Support
- Manage social media accounts to maintain a strong online presence.
- Support all marketing campaigns, ideas, and initiatives.
- Keep CRM systems updated with all prospect and client interactions.
- Review and update marketing materials, coordinate ordering of marketing supplies, and update radio show ads for compliance.
- Track weekly and monthly metrics—calls made, appointments set and kept, and event follow-up—with the Chief Advisor.
- Work independently and proactively to meet personal and team goals.
- Perform other duties and support special projects as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- College graduate or equivalent marketing experience.
- Professional and friendly demeanor; strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communicator over the phone, in writing, and in person.
- Strong time management abilities and a customer service mindset.
- Demonstrates proficiency and confidence working with technology platforms—especially Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as Redtail, SalesForce and HubSpot.
- Collaborative team player and independent self-starter.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- High energy, positive attitude, and ability to accept and apply direction.
- Experience supporting marketing events or campaign logistics is a plus.

Hours:
- Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
- 4 evenings required per month for marketing events
