We are looking for a Full Time Housekeeper!

Purpose: The primary purpose of this position is to perform the day-to-day activities of the housekeeping department as directed by the Environmental Service Director to assure that the facility is maintained in a clean, safe and comfortable manner to meet the needs of the residents and the facility.
Wage: $14.66-$16.19. Wage is based on experience.
Education: Equivalent to a Highschool diploma

Responsibilities:
- Perform specific tasks in accordance with daily work assignments; document as required by facility policies.
- Coordinate daily housekeeping with nursing services when performing routine assignments in resident living or recreational areas.
- Clean and disinfect equipment and supplies.
- Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms and other work areas.
- None required. On-the-job training provided. Students welcome to apply!
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
- Posses the ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions and accept constructive criticism.
- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members and visitors.
- Must be willing to work harmoniously with other personnel as well as be willing to handle residents based on whatever maturity level at which they are currently functioning.
