Job Summary
Under the direction of the Nutrition Services Operations Supervisor, perform a variety of duties in the quantity preparation and serving of foods at the central kitchen or assigned school site; maintain food service facilities in a clean and sanitary condition; assist with cooking and baking various food items.
Requirements / Qualifications
Education and Experience: Any combination equivalent to: sufficient training and experience to demonstrate the knowledge and abilities listed above and one year experience in the preparation and serving of food in large quantities. Licenses and Other Requirements: - Valid and appropriate food service certificate(s). - Valid California Class C driver’s license, - Incumbents are required to adhere to the annual minimum required training hours for School Nutrition Staff per the USDA Guide to Professional Standards for School Nutritional Programs.
