The South San Francisco Unified School District (SSFUSD) community includes 15 schools supporting 8,000 students in Daly City, San Bruno, and South San Francisco.

In February 2024, the School Board for SSFUSD adopted our new Vision and Five-Year Strategic Plan. As a senior leader, the Director will be responsible for leading and supporting initiatives to ensure the district delivers on its promises in the Strategic Plan.

Grounds Maintenance Worker
Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Director of Facilities, perform a variety of maintenance, landscaping and gardening work on school grounds, fields and assigned areas; and to perform related duties.
Education and Experience:
Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school or equivalent GED and sufficient training and experience to demonstrate the knowledge and abilities listed in the job description.
Licenses and Other Requirements:
Valid California Class C driver’s license.

8.0 hrs/day; 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Monday - Friday
