Role Description
We are seeking qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) with experience in Community Living Centers (CLC), Intensive Care Units (ICU), and Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) settings. Candidates must have graduated from an accredited nursing program (ACEN or CCNE), hold a current Ohio RN license or multi-state compact (NLC) license, and maintain current CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications. Nurses assigned to ICU roles must also have current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse, based in Cleveland, OH. The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care, monitor patient health, administer medications or treatments as prescribed, and collaborate with healthcare teams to develop care plans. Additional responsibilities include patient education, maintaining accurate health records, and adhering to all medical and organizational standards to ensure patient safety and satisfaction. The role will also involve contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance healthcare service delivery.

Qualifications
- A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio

- Competency in maintaining accurate and confidential health records and documentation
- Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and a commitment to meeting compliance standards
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- BSN degree or equivalent preferred
- Experience in federal healthcare settings is an advantage
