South Puget Sound Community College seeks a temporary, non-permanent Dental Hygienist to provide hygiene services in the Campus Dental Clinic 1-2 mornings per week. This recruitment is open to all applicants who meet the minimum qualifications stated below.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Performing dental hygiene duties allowable under general supervision
- Performing dental hygiene duties allowable under close supervision
- Giving guidance to dental assisting students
- Have either a full dental hygiene license or an initial limited license in the State of Washington
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have three or more years work experience as a hygienist
- Experience working with dental assisting students or externs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with others

Conditions of Part-Time Employment
Non-permanent employees under the provisions of WAC 357-19-435 are only authorized to work up to a maximum of 1,050 hours in any twelve (12) consecutive-month period from the original date of hire. Employment with the college could end at any time.
