At South Plains Food Company we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a busser. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our establishment while providing exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Duties

• Perform cleaning tasks throughout the restaurant, ensuring all areas are spotless and well-maintained.
• Assist with bussing tables, promptly clearing dishes and resetting tables for new guests.
• Support food service operations by assisting in food preparation and presentation as needed.
• Engage with customers, providing friendly and attentive service to enhance their dining experience.
• Handle food safely and adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food delivery.
• Contribute to catering events, helping set up, serve, and clean up as required.

Skills

• Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in maintaining a pristine environment.
• Experience in bussing, food service, or related roles within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen safety protocols.
• Previous experience in catering or hotel settings is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
