A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESTAURANT CREW MEMBER - LINE COOK
As a Restaurant Crew Member - Line Cook, you support our kitchen and produce fantastic, authentic hoagies. You work at a fast pace, setting up and stocking stations to prepare us for service. Your food prep duties include chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces. Once service begins, you construct hoagies to exact specifications, paying attention to detail to ensure the order goes out correctly every time.
You maintain a clean station and cooperate with your fellow cooks to keep the kitchen running smoothly. Throughout the day, you have a positive, professional attitude and you're always willing to help out wherever you're needed. Your satisfaction comes from gaining valuable kitchen experience and serving up delicious food for our customers.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESTAURANT CREW MEMBER - LINE COOK
- 1 year of cooking experience in a professional setting
- Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment
- Dedication to sanitation and safety

WORK SCHEDULE
