South Park Commons (SPC) supports the world's best technologists and researchers in exploring new companies and projects. SPC was founded 10 years ago and has grown to support 1,000 world-class technologists in building 300 companies across our SF, NYC, and Bengaluru locations. To support this growth, we need to exceptional recruiting processes from the top of the funnel through onboarding. The Recruiting Coordinator will manage the application funnel for our founder fellowship program and our membership residency program, playing a critical role in bringing the most talented technologists in the world to SPC.
Responsibilities
Recruiting Coordination
Help us bring the top 1% of technologists to South Park Commons by coordinating the applicant experience throughout the funnel.
- Serve as the main point of contact for applicants to the Founder Fellowship and Membership programs.
- Ensure timely, thoughtful communication and scheduling throughout the interview process.
- Keep our Airtable applicant tracker organized and up-to-date as a candidate progresses.
- Coordinate application review, referrals, and outbound sourcing efforts amongst our internal team.
Candidate Lifecycle
- Coordinate the transition from top of funnel to onboarding by preparing candidates and working with our operations team to ensure that access has been provisioned and candidates are ready for a smooth entry into SPC
- Support members as they transition out of SPC, helping with deprovisioning and welcoming them into our alumni network.
Talent Network
- Help maintain our talent network by connecting talent from the broader SPC network to portfolio companies.
- Coordinate with companies to add roles to the network and broker relevant introductions
Qualifications
- 0-4 years experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, Recruiter, or in a related role.
- Detail-oriented and organized. You can manage multiple threads at once across a large candidate pool.
- We operate like a startup and look for candidates that are comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. We value work ethic and agency over raw experience.
- We look for candidates that have a high sense of ownership of their work and enjoy being on the cutting edge of technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
This role is based out of our San Francisco office in SoMa. Our team works out of the office 5 days per week.
