Role Description
This full-time, on-site Registered Dental Assistant position is based in Lake Forest, CA. The role involves assisting dentists during procedures, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing dental instruments, providing oral care instructions to patients, and ensuring patient comfort before, during, and after treatments. The Registered Dental Assistant will also perform administrative tasks as needed and support daily operations to maintain a high standard of patient care and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Dental Assisting, including chairside assistance and patient care
- Knowledge of Dental Care, Oral Care, and Dentistry procedures
- Experience with Sterilization techniques and industry-standard safety protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a professional and compassionate approach with patients
- Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in California
- CPR and First Aid certification are preferred
- Familiarity with dental office management software is a plus
