You will serve as the link between patients, providers, and insurance while ensuring that expectations are clear and accounts are handled correctly.

With a timely new hire, we can offer a structured training with direct shadowing from current financial coordinator
Responsibilities
- Present and explain treatment plans, fees, and financial options clearly to patients
- Collect patient portions at time of service and address outstanding balances
- Verify insurance coverage and communicate benefits accurately
- Maintain precise patient accounts, payments, and documentation
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on balances appropriately
- Coordinate with clinical team to ensure treatment and financial information align
- Support scheduling, patient flow, and front desk operations as part of a team
We operate with a “no surprises at checkout” standard — financial expectations are addressed before the patient leaves the office.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in dental or medical front office preferred
- Strong attention to detail, especially with numbers and documentation
- Comfortable discussing and collecting money in a professional manner
- Ability to follow structured systems and remain consistent
- Clear communicator who can explain financial information confidently
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities without losing accuracy
- Team-oriented with a shared responsibility mindset
