Receptionist/Escrow Assistant
Location: Brenham Branch (with support for Navasota Branch)
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Escrow Assistant. This position provides vital administrative support to our escrow team and delivers exceptional customer service related to real estate closings.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in a professional office environment as a receptionist and/or administrative assistant is required.
- Background in title, banking, legal, or real estate industries is preferred.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answering and managing multiple incoming phone lines.
- Greeting and assisting clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner.
- Opening contract orders and preparing real estate closing documents.
- Maintaining organized files and records.
- Performing general office and administrative duties.
- Providing administrative support and phone coverage for both the Brenham and Navasota branches.
- Contributing to continuous improvement of services and client experience.
