What You'll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day fleet operations, including maintenance scheduling, repairs, and shop workflow priorities
- Supervise and support mechanics and fleet staff, fostering a safe and collaborative work environment
- Manage the fleet budget, analyze operations, and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Coordinate preventive maintenance programs and ensure accurate data tracking in fleet software
- Oversee parts inventory, purchasing, and fuel systems, including billing and reconciliation
- Prepare reports and coordinate vehicle replacement, surplus, and disposal processes
Who You Are:
- A clear communicator who builds strong working relationships across departments
- Skilled in problem-solving, organization, and team leadership
- Holds a valid Utah Class B Commercial Driver License or willing to obtain within six (6) months
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
