Patient Services Representative - Full Time
South Hills Dental is seeking a Patient Service Representative
-Monday-Friday 36-40 hours/week.
Responsibilities for this position include:
*Providing exemplary customer service
*Excellent phone skills
*Patient scheduling, check-ins and check-outs
*Facilitating financial arrangements with patients
*Opening and closing the office
*Managing / updating patient insurance information
*Other duties as necessary
We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a self-starter who enjoys learning new skills, and who performs well in a fast paced, patient focused healthcare environment. Excellent customer service skills and a team player attitude are absolutely essential. Everyone on our team strives to deliver a unique and positive experience for our patients. Experience is a plus, but we will happily train the right person.
Starting wage dependent on experience.
