Position Overview:
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and is passionate about food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and proper portioning
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and communicate effectively
- Assist with prep work, stocking, and closing/opening duties
Qualifications:
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
