South Fork Housing is currently seeking a Shuttle Driver. This position is responsible for safely transporting residents of the apartment community to and from designated locations, such as campus and shopping areas. SFH has over 1700 leased spaces in Idaho. The properties include Student Housing at Brigham Young University- Idaho in Rexburg, ID and single-family housing.
The Shuttle Driver will primarily be focused on:
Transportation and Safety

Safely operate the shuttle in accordance with all traffic laws and company policies.

Transport residents to and from scheduled destinations on established routes and timelines.

Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the shuttle is clean, fueled and in safe operating condition.

Monitor passenger behavior to ensure a safe and respectful environment.

Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or incidents promptly to management.
Customer Service and Resident Experience

Provide excellent customer service by greeting residents and assisting with questions when needed.

Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.

Represent the apartment complex in a positive manner.
Operations and Administration

Maintain a consistent and reliable schedule for pickups and drop-offs.

Keep accurate logs of trips, mileage, and maintenance needs.
The preferred candidate for the Shuttle Driver will have the following:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Strong knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to follow schedules and adapt to minor route or timing changes.

Reliable, punctual, and safety focused.

Previous driving experience, especially in a shuttle, bus, or similar role.
