What are the responsibilities and job description for the Porter position at SOUTH FORK HOUSING LLC?
South Fork Property Management is currently seeking a Porter. This position completes general maintenance and cleaning throughout the property. SFPM has over 150 properties in eight states. The properties include convenience stores, offices, fuel/oil distribution facilities, and large student apartment complexes.
The President will primarily be focused on:
Facility Maintenance & Repairs
- Patch drywall, prep area, and paint over repairs.
- Replace lightbulbs.
- Replace any damaged flooring.
Cleaning & Grounds Maintenance
- Wash windows and sweep common areas.
- Vacuum common area floors and complete floor maintenance.
- Remove common area trash, ensure trash dump area is clean and grounds are free from debris.
Safety & Equipment Support
- Follow company safety standards and report issues.
- Clean Soda Machine Pop heads, change out empty soda, change out carbonation when needed.
- Work with office manager to order more soda when needed.
The preferred candidate for the President will have the following:
- Experience in maintenance, operations, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Adheres to the company’s values and ethical expectations
- Able to effectively multitask.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Salary : $8 - $12
