Position: Roofing Installation Manager Responsibilities:• Perform roof measurements to prepare purchase orders for material orders, take pictures of the existing roof, document preexisting issues, collect a change order for additional work not on the contract due to field measure findings, and ensure projects meet company viability criteria.• Address and resolve issues during installation by troubleshooting and working closely with installers• Conduct final walk throughs with homeowners to ensure projects meet both company standards• Cultivate and maintain relationships with installers and vendors.• Collaborate with the company to develop and implement optimal systems and practices.
