Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Pompano Beach, FL. As an Experienced Roofing Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of roofing projects, including planning, scheduling, and managing teams to ensure timely and efficient project completion. You might conduct site inspections, enforce safety standards, coordinate with clients to ensure work is performed to high-quality standards. Maintaining project budgets and timelines will also be a key responsibility.

Requirements & Responsibilities:
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in roofing project management (office/administrative coordination role)
✅ Bilingual – English & Spanish (required)
✅ Strong knowledge of roofing systems and construction processes
✅ Experience in ordering materials, managing schedules, and coordinating with suppliers and crews
✅ Proficient in QuickBooks, invoicing, job costing, and recordkeeping
✅ Must work closely with and directly support the Construction Manager, including:
-Preparing and submitting daily and weekly project reports
-Tracking and maintaining budgeting accuracy and cost efficiency
-Coordinating communication between departments, vendors, and crews
✅ Computer savvy, organized, and efficient in administrative operations
✅ Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
✅ Available for early mornings, weekends, and evenings as required by project deadlines
✅ Responsibilities are not limited to this list — the role also includes general administrative support, communication management, and operational coordination
