The Role
We're hiring Outside Sales Representatives to grow and service our dealer network across South Florida. You'll be out in the field, building relationships with franchise and independent dealers, introducing them to digital remarketing solutions, and driving new business in your territory. This is a relationship-first role that rewards hustle, consistency, and people skills.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and develop new dealer relationships within your assigned region
- Service and grow existing dealer partnerships
- Present our multi-list program to franchise and large independent dealer groups
- Promote the advantages of digital remarketing and our auction platform
- Coordinate Vehicle Inspection Teams across your territory
- Execute strategic plans to grow market share
- Dedicate four days per week to dealer prospecting and presentations
- Provide weekly sale day support and program marketing
- Report to the Digital Sales Manager
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of outside sales experience — strongly preferred
- Auto auction experience is a major plus and will set you apart
- Retail automotive or dealership sales background welcomed
- Established contacts in the automotive industry is a bonus
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within your territory
- At least 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
