Job Title: Nursing Unit Manager
Job Summary:
Western Peaks Specialty Hospital a pioneer in specialty care in Bountiful, is seeking a dedicated Nursing Unit Manager to join our team. We believe in fostering healing and independence through the expertise of highly skilled interdisciplinary teams.
We are accepting resumes for a full time evening/NOC Nursing Unit Manager. (3-12's, 2p-2a). The RN Unit Manager provides nursing supervision in the planning for and provision of nursing care to patients and directs and evaluates care given by other nurses and personnel on the floor. The Unit Manager provides education, assesses needs, plans for, implements, evaluates and documents care as well as coordinating with the interdisciplinary team on the evolving needs of each patient. This position reports to the LTAC Director & CNO and is responsible for overseeing nursing care provided by the staff working on the LTAC unit. Ideal candidate must be able to multitask patient care orders with supervising staff on the floor. Must have excellent communication skills. This position has daily physician interaction. Qualifications:
- Must hold a current Utah RN license
- Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred but not required
- ACLS certification must be current as of July 1, 2026
- Hospital, Long term acute care or rehabilitation experience required
- Critical Care and previous experience as an RN Supervisor recommended
