What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Dietitian position at South County Nursing and Rehabilitation?
Lakeside Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Registered Dietitian. The primary purpose of this role is to assess diet therapies and instruct residents on diets according to physician's diet order or as deemed appropriate. This position will also assist the Food Service Director with the overall compliance of the Dietary Department in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
