Office Manager
South Arm Construction, based in East Jordan, MI is looking for a full time Office Manager/Bookkeeper.
This position is Monday thru Friday. Currently this position has immediate availability and will remain open until filled.
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks is mandatory
- Ability to work independently and able to be self motivated
- Professionalism, attention to detail, follow through and organization are key
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive, Docs and Sheet preferred
- Maintain Accounts Payable - QuickBooks and paper files
- Maintain Accounts Receivable - QuickBooks and paper files
- Knowledge of Sworn Statements, AIA Pay Applications and Waivers
- Assist Project Manager/Estimators in typing estimates, contracts and change orders
- Record, monitor and maintain Job Cost Sheets and review with owners
- Banking including monthly bank reconciliations
- Month and Year End Reports
- Make sure everyday operations run smoothly
- Answering phone in timely and professional manner
- Client relations
- Update and maintain company calendar
- Monitor and maintain all email communication within and outside of the company
- File Maintenance - electronic and paper
- Human Resources
- Employee Relations
- Worker Comp claims/audits/monthly premium reports

Pay: $42,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
