Role Overview
We’re looking for energetic, reliable Crew Members to join our team! As a Crew Member, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while helping prepare and serve our delicious sourdough-based menu items.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare food items including sandwiches, salads, and baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and process orders
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including kitchen, dining area, and restrooms
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements
- No prior experience required – we provide training!
- Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong customer service skills and a team-player mindset
