What You’ll Do:
- Provide comprehensive legal support to attorneys within the Trust and Estates Practice Group.
- Prepare probate pleadings, legal documents, and maintain client files, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Marshal inventory and manage the distribution of assets.
- Handle IRS forms, including gift tax (709) and estate tax (706) returns.
- Record deeds and documents with courts and utilize E-Filing systems.
- Proofread all correspondence and legal documentation for precision and quality.
- Assist with billing tasks, including preparing invoices, cover letters, and maintaining client billing records.
- Communicate daily with clients in a professional and confidential manner.
- Prepare documents for client signings and ensure all required paperwork is finalized on time.
