Senior Pricing Analyst

📍 Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid – 3 Days In-Office)

💲 Salary: $100K (Commensurate with Experience)

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with attorneys, practice group leaders, and the finance team to design and implement pricing strategies aligned with client and firm goals.

• Develop financial models and profitability analyses for client engagements, matter budgeting, and alternative fee arrangements (AFAs).

• Support RFPs and client proposals with pricing recommendations and benchmarking data.

• Monitor ongoing matter performance and ensure compliance with negotiated pricing agreements.

• Provide strategic pricing insights through data analysis and collaborate with firm leadership to enhance revenue and profitability.

• Assist in developing pricing tools, dashboards, and reports using Excel, Aderant, or similar platforms.

What You’ll Bring:

• 4 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or legal operations, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced modeling, pivot tables, formulas).

• Experience with pricing and financial systems (e.g., Aderant, Intapp, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

• Solid understanding of law firm economics, billing structures, and profitability metrics.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
