The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3-years of Matrimonial/Litigation experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in the review and drafting of various legal documents
- Conducts factual investigations related to legal matters
- Drafts pleadings pertinent to matrimonial matters
- Cite checking, discovery and trial/preparations and trial attendance
- Drafts Net Worth Statements, Financial Affidavits and Uncontested Divorce Papers
