What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary liaison for bilingual clients, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout their case.
- Draft and translate legal documents, client correspondence, and discovery materials.
- Assist attorneys in managing prelitigation and litigation cases, including trial preparation.
- Conduct case investigations, gather evidence, and coordinate with medical providers.
- Monitor and track case progress, ensuring timely filing and meeting deadlines.
- Maintain detailed case files and provide administrative support as needed.
What You’ll Bring:
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and another language (e.g., Spanish) is required.
- Experience: Prior personal injury paralegal experience is strongly preferred.
