What are the responsibilities and job description for the Attorney (Venture Capital) position at SourcePro Search?
SourcePro Search is conducting a search for an Associate with Venture Capital Fund experience, for a Prestigious Global Practice.
Candidates should have:
- 1-3 years of experience drafting and negotiating documents in connection with the formation of U.S. and/or international investment funds and their respective management entities, including partnership agreements, limited liability company operating agreements, subscription agreements, transfer/assignment and assumption agreements, and private placement memoranda and related fund marketing materials.
- substantive knowledge of and experience working with the domestic and international laws and regulations applicable to such entities highly desired.
- Large firm experience and excellent academic experience are a must.
