Senior Manager / Manager, Change Communications (Contract)
📍 NYC (hybrid) or East Coast Remote
📅 12-month contract
We’re partnering with a global organization to hire a Change Communications leader to support high-impact transformation initiatives across the business.
This role sits within a centralized Communications team and will focus on driving clarity, alignment, and engagement across major programs — including finance transformation, data initiatives, and M&A/integration activity.
What you’ll be doing:
• Lead strategic internal/change communications across enterprise initiatives
• Support finance data transformation programs
• Drive communications for M&A and integration efforts
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
• Develop clear, compelling messaging that drives understanding and adoption
• Build and execute communication plans, campaigns, and leadership messaging
• Establish feedback loops to continuously improve comms effectiveness
What they’re looking for:
• 5 years of experience in change or internal communications
• Background in a corporate or professional services environment
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management skills with executive presence
• Exceptional writing and storytelling ability
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging messaging
• Experience in global organizations is a plus

• NYC-based candidates preferred (occasional in-person), but open to East Coast remote
