General Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager consultant to support execution of a client’s established project strategy. This role involves working both independently and collaboratively with the client to deliver key outcomes. This is a hybrid position based in the greater NYC or NJ area.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Qualifications

Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5 years of experience in project management
- Proficiency in Office 365 suite of tools and online collaboration tools
- Excellent active listening, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, and ability to follow-up
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
- Ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate alignment towards shared goals
