What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Machinist position at Sourcedear?
Operates and supports CNC machines producing high-precision medical device components. Responsible for running multiple machines, inspecting partsto tight tolerances, following established programs, and supporting daily production requirements in a regulated manufacturing environment.
· Must-Have Requirements:
- 1–3 years CNC machining experience in a production environment
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment
- Experience inspecting parts to tight tolerances
- Ability to operate multiple machines simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in medical device or regulated manufacturing environments
- Experience assisting with machine setup and changeovers
Machine Concentration
Mazak Focus:
· Experience with Mazak lathes or machining centers
· Exposure to Mazak 5-axis mills or Integrex machines
Swiss Focus:
· Experience with Star Swiss-style lathes
- Shifts Available:
· 1st Shift 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
· 2nd Shift 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm
· 3rd Shift: 11:00 pm – 7:30 am
· Weekend Shift: Three 12 hour shifts (Work 36 hours, paid for 40)
- Compensation:
- $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
