What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Machinist position at Brightpath Associates LLC?
1. Schedule/Shifts: Multiple shifts available, including weekend coverage
2. Hands-On Scope: Responsible for operating and supporting production across multiple CNC machines simultaneously, including basic setup assistance and part changeovers.
3. Blueprint & Inspection: Ability to read blueprints and inspect parts using precision measuring equipment to tight tolerances.
4. Equipment Experience: Experience with Mazak or Star CNC machines preferred.
5. Production Environment: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-precision manufacturing environment, including regulated industries, with accountability for part quality.
6. Programming Requirement: Programming experience not required; must be able to follow and understand existing CNC programs.
7. Interview Process: 1–2 virtual interviews, onsite interview, and skills assessment
