Insight on your impact:
- Identify technical skill gaps and training needs across teams.
- Design and develop technology-focused training programs and learning materials.
- Deliver technical training sessions, workshops, and webinars for employees.
- Collaborate with engineering, IT, and product teams to align training with business needs.
- Develop e-learning modules, documentation, and knowledge resources.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Manage and update Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training records.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to keep training relevant.
- Support onboarding programs for new technical hires.
- Track and report training progress and outcomes to management.
- Familiarity with DAPS.
To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Education, HR, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or technical training.
- Experience delivering technical or IT-related training programs.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for different audiences.

- Experience creating digital learning content and instructional design.
