We’re looking for a highly organized, passionate, and communication-driven Audio Producer to lead a fast-paced audio post-production team focused on theatrical marketing, film, commercials, games and XR. The ideal candidate thrives in a deadline-driven environment, balancing creative tasks with technical precision and proactivity. They should have experience in business development within the entertainment industry - ideally with a marketing focus - as it is a primary goal of the company to grow this division.
Candidate will excel at managing workflows across editorial, design, mix, and QC teams while maintaining clear and confident client communication. This role requires someone who can anticipate challenges before they surface and keep projects moving efficiently. Familiarity with audio post production processes and being comfortable within them is vital to the success of the Audio Producer.
An ideal candidate will have prior experience in a creative marketing agency or post-production studio environment, along with a strong background in project management. We’re seeking someone with excellent problem-solving skills and a rigorous approach to tracking assets and schedules through numerous rounds of iteration on top level projects.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with media asset management software
- Prior experience managing project budgets and monitoring labor allocation
- Intermediate-level experience with audio post-production workflows (5–10 years)
- Business development experience and / or a strong desire to learn
- Ability to work with diverse personalities
- Experience with project management tools (G Suite, Airtable, etc.)
- Experience successfully managing complex projects in post-production (minimum 5 years)
- A desire to learn and grow with a team of experienced designers, mixers, and producers
- A passion for entertainment marketing and interest in growing with an evolving company
- The ability to shift priorities and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- An intermediate proficiency with Pro Tools and production sound knowledge
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- The ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues a plus
- A passion for technology and the tools used in post-production
