We are seeking a highly skilled, all-in-one E-Commerce Specialist to join our growing brands, Audio Icon and Stash Proof. This is not an entry-level role — we are looking for an A-player who can become a key operator within our company, take ownership, and grow with us long-term.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a diverse skill set across e-commerce, marketing, and creative production. You will be responsible for supporting and executing across multiple areas including Shopify management, Amazon Seller Central (FBA), digital marketing, SEO, AI-driven search optimization, inventory systems, and light fulfillment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Shopify websites (including coding/customization)
- Oversee Amazon Seller Central & FBA operations
- Develop, manage, optimize, and implement inventory management systems (Odoo)
- Execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads)
- Implement SEO strategies and AI search optimization to improve visibility and conversions
- Create and edit content (video, graphics, product assets)
- Support branding and customer trust initiatives
- Assist with light fulfillment and operational tasks as needed
- Contribute to website development, product launches, and marketing strategy
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in e-commerce (Shopify Amazon FBA required)
- Experience with inventory management systems (Odoo preferred)
- Strong background in digital marketing and ad management (Google, Meta, Amazon Ads)
- Experience with SEO and modern AI search optimization strategies
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Experience with Blender (or similar 3D tools)
- Video editing and content creation skills
- Basic to advanced coding/web development knowledge
- Strong copywriting and brand communication skills
- Ability to multitask and execute quickly with attention to detail

Schedule & Compensation:
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM (6 hours/day)
- Hours may increase based on company needs and performance
- Starting pay: $20–$23/hour (negotiable based on experience)
