What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sample and Client Experience Coordinator position at Source One?
At Source One Global, we connect businesses with world-class manufacturing solutions through sourcing, product development, and supply chain expertise. As we continue expanding our U.S. operations, we're looking for a highly organized and customer-focused role to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to become one of our first U.S.-based team members and play a key role in supporting client experience, commercial operations, and product development.
What You'll Do
- Receive and organize product samples arriving from manufacturers worldwide.
- Maintain an accurate sample inventory and tracking system.
- Coordinate outbound sample shipments to customers and prospective clients.
- Communicate with clients regarding shipments, deliveries, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate closely with our Business Development, Sourcing, Pricing, and Product Development teams based in the Philippines.
- Schedule meetings and support customer communications.
- Assist with operational reporting and documentation.
- Help improve workflows and operational processes as our U.S. operations continue to grow.
What We're Looking For
- Fresh graduate of Bachelor's degree; preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, and/or Operations Management.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- A proactive mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with shipping platforms, inventory systems, or CRM software is a plus.
