Hospitality/Hotel Experience would be ideal

Strong communication skills.
Proficiency in collaboration tools (Teams/Jira)
Project coordination or PMO experience.

Role Summary

This role will assist with day-to-day project tracking, communication across teams, following up on tasks and helping ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain project trackers, schedules and documentation.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare notes and action items.
Collect updates from development and QA teams.
Support weekly status reporting and release preparations.
Log issues, follow up on open items and escalate when needed.


Required Skills

Strong communication skills.
Proficiency in collaboration tools (Teams/Jira)
Project coordination or PMO experience.


Good to have skills

Experience working in cross-functional environments.
Prior work with API, cloud, or modernization projects.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to work independently while supporting a cross-functional team.
Problem-solving mindset with willingness to learn.
