**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Line Cooks to join our team and have the opportunity to open a new and exciting restaurant in downtown Littleton.
**Duties:**
- Prepare and cook food items according to menu and recipe specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist with menu planning and food preparation for special events and catering services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by working effectively with the waitstaff and maintaining a positive attitude towards guests.
- Utilize knives and other cooking tools to prepare ingredients.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food service.
- Assist with maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
- Perform tasks in line with dietary aide regulations and guidelines.
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of our menu items and recipes.
- Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times.
- Support the restaurant in achieving exceptional service standards.
**Experience:**
- Previous experience as a Line Cook in a restaurant setting.
- Experience in fine dining, catering, or food service.
- Familiarity with meal preparation and food preparation techniques.
- Knowledge of menu planning and food service principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
- Experience with dietary aide regulations and guidelines is a plus.
