Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Medication Concierge to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with doctors, pharmacies, and patients to ensure patients receive their medications in a timely and efficient manner. You will serve as a key point of contact, helping coordinate communication and resolve any issues related to prescriptions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with physicians, pharmacies, and patients to ensure prescriptions are filled and picked up or delivered accurately
- Communicate with patients via phone regarding medication status, updates, and questions
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks
- Track and follow up on prescription orders to ensure completion
- Use Excel to manage and organize patient and medication data
- Provide excellent customer service and support to patients
Skills
- Strong communication skills, especially over the phone
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
Hours
Monday - 10:45am - 7pm
Tuesday - 8:45am - 5pm
Wednesday - 8:45am - 5pm
Thursday - 8:45am - 5pm
Friday - 8:45am - 1pm
One Saturday a Month - 8:45am - 1pm
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
