Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Answer and manage a high volume of phone calls
- Schedule appointments and assist with patient inquiries
- Scan and upload documents into the system
- Update and maintain accurate patient information
- Perform data entry and ensure records are current and organized
- Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle heavy phone traffic professionally
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
- Attention to detail with data entry tasks
- Basic computer skills (experience with scheduling systems is a plus)

Hours
Monday - 10:45am - 7pm
Tuesday - 8:45am - 5pm
Wednesday - 8:45am - 5pm
Thursday - 8:45am - 5pm
Friday - 8:45am - 1pm
One Saturday a Month - 8:45am - 1pm
