Optometric Technician/Front Desk Hours
We are looking for Part-time/Full time employee at our Southold location, with flexibility to join our staff at our Riverhead location after Southold and/or when Southold location is closed.
Southold Hours:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:45 am-1 pm
Riverhead Hours:
Monday: 9:45am-7pm
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: 8:45am-5pm
Friday and/or Sat: 8:45am-1pm
Optometric Technician/Front Desk Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent patient service by ensuring individuals feel welcomed and comfortable
- Perform front desk tasks, such as signing in patients and getting proper paperwork together
- Pre-test Patient (no experience needed)
- Precise EHR data entry
- Manage appointments
- Answer phone calls
- Organize medical documents
- Be a team player
Optometric Technician/ Front Desk Qualifications: No experience needed! We will train!
- Precision in data input
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Exceptional language skills for clear communication
- Efficient time management
- Proficient interpersonal skills

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
